My name is Jak Woolley and I am a Personal Trainer in Birmingham.
I have always been involved in sport through school and college playing football and rugby. As I was at college I found the gym and have loved it since.
I have done all sorts of training from cardio to bodybuilding, and I am currently focussing on my strength training. I love mixing it up and trying new things to keep me motivated.
I love being active in any shape of form and I am a true believer in attacking life and making the most of any opportunity.
I want to share my passion of health and fitness with as many people as I can, and try to help you improve your quality of life.
