This is done through encouragement rather than intimidation (while still making sure you’re working hard!) which has proven to be an incredibly successful approach to all JW Personal Training clients to date.
Specialising in fat loss and toning, I offer support and advice to help you achieve your goals regardless if that’s to tone up, improve your general fitness or lose weight – I’ve seen it all and will coach you through.
Training with a friend is one of the best motivators there is and semi-private training with me will give you just that. I’ll train you and your friend to reach the goals you dream of while you both have an amazing time too!
